DNS Bind Aliasing Via NS Records to CSS 11501

I'm struggling with getting DNS Bind to delegate the domain with no prefix to multiple CSSs, in a global/DNS round-robin scenario. For example, I can easily delegate www.xxx.com, but can not get xxx.com to be delegated to CSS. CNAME is not an option, as the records in DNS Bind are NS records, pointing to the two CSS ip addresses. Any one have any ideas or references for this type of aliasing?

You cannot delagate the domain without a prefix. This is not a supported feature. So the behaviuor you are seeing is normal.
