Ironport (Cisco) is a web and email security specialist.  If you want firewall, look at the Cisco ASA family.

Are you trying to verify if Ironport products can perform load balancers and/or firewalling?  IF this is so, then the answer is no.

If you want a firewall, Cisco (which also owns IronPort) has ASA.
