Hi,

are you trying to telnet the Admin context or another context?

Can you try to access it via the C6500?

use following command from the supervisor of your C6500:

session slot "slot number of ACE module" processor 0

Does this work?

hi,

yes this works. Console works fine as well. In regards to telnet it was working fine before but dont know it stopped working now.

This is most likely a result of aclmerge process pegging cpu. from console do:

show proc cpu | inc aclmerged

see if processes are high.

aclmerge performance was improved in A2(2.x) code

Hi Letrenta,

Now I am facing the issue while try to get into the ACE from cat 6500 switch.

C6509#session slot 2 processor 0

Error: context name (id:0) cannot be determined.

What can i do now???

Regards,

Sum

It looks as if you are hitting CSCsv98101

Did you reload the ACE module and see if it fixes it?

Thanks
