GSS error message

Hi,

We kept getting a log message from a live GSS began from several days ago at a 20-minute interval.

Message sample:

Jun 7 17:56:50 10.2.99.5/10.2.99.5/1.5.199.2 CiscoGSS: bbnnss1.abcd.com : Jun 7 18:56:50 : %STK-6-SDUMPFILEOPENFAILED: [2907] Dump file failed to open /cisco/merlot/state/db_backup/stickydb_2

We turned on the global sticky setting on the GSS but didn't associate it to any VIP. Also we didn’t make any configuration change at the time that it happened. I have gone through most GSS documents that I can get from Cisco Website, but no luck to find anything can explain this event and how I can get resolve it.

I have opened a SR in Cisco and submitted the tech-report file, but haven't gotten any response yet.

Any help will be appreciated.
