gss image upgrade

I have tried to upgrade image version from 2.0(2) to 3.0(2) for my GSS4492R.

according the gss upgrade doc for version 3.0 I did:

gss4492r#gss stop

gss4492r#install gss-3.0.2.0.0-k9.upg

File: gss-3.0.2.0.0-k9.upg

Size: 190720041

Md5sum: 3f1e74d26dc0e4fcaae4759b574009c9

Proceed with install (the device will reboot)? (y/n): y

Performing software install. This will take a few minutes.

If you close this session, the installation will still complete.

% Upgrade failed: The install script from the upgrade file failed.

% The GSS is not running.

It seems can not upgrade for me. Could I get some advice about the problem?

Hi,

You can't upgrade from 2.0(2) to 3.0(2) directly, as there is an intermediate upgrade required.
