In offdm mode, I tried to set my content switch 111150 to boot from network. I always failed. Could you please tell me how? I got quite confused with the kernel path and config path. Are they the paths I set on FTP server or are they different? Thanks.

Often times complex configuration issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, its often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen
If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.
Thank you for posting.

Have you seen the below URL? It will take you step by step through this process:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/117/networkboot.html
"Network boot uses a special zip version of WebNS that ends with a ".zip" extension, not an "adi.gz" extension."
You can download the different .zip versions from our software center here:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/webns
Hope that helps!

Thank you, but I think the first document should be amended to avoid misleading. I would like to suggest adding preassumption of FTP configuration. I configured my ftp server with root directory of d:/cisco. When I enter FTP kernel path as /cisco/hdd, the CCS never boot from my ftp server. For your reference only. Thanks again.
