Https Probe Failure in Cisco ACE

We are having problems when we configure https probe on port 8080, Probe comes up when we configure http probe but not the https one: Can some one confirm is this IOS Version affected by this bug?

Release Note for the Cisco 4700 Series Application Control Engine Appliance Software Version vA5(3.x) claims the CSCug88070 resolved in A5(3.2).

It's not listed resolved in A5(3.1a).
