Re: i am trying to install WAAE as a central-manager

Hi Manvinder,

This error message usually points to an incomplete software installation or file system corruption on the WAE. Please take the following steps:

1. Ensure you are running WAAS 4.0.5-b4 or later.

2. Reinstall the software from the Rescue CD, executing the following menu items:

2,3,5,7,8

If you have any questions, please let us know.

I've seen this where you can't upgrade or configure because the linux partitions have become corrupt or damaged. Verify the disks are ok and then try booting from the recovery CD, re-image the disks and then upgrade, this process worked for me.

Mark
