Is Cisco Smartfilter application a seperately purchasable product?

Is the Cisco Smartfilter application something that is seperately purchasable (and if so, is there product number for it), or does it come free if you purchase some piece of hardware (and if so, what does it come free with).

Sounds like kind of a basic question, but I'm not finding much on CCO yet.

The smartfilter application is made by a company called "Secure Computing". There is a smartfilter agent built in to ACNS (Content Engine Software). You will still need to purchase a license from secure computing, and some additional software as well.
