Thats a standard message on the console as ACE boots. If this is where it stops loading, you could potentially have a very bad image corruption and just need to follow the recovery process.
I would go ahead and open a TAC service reqeust, they will want to see the entire boot log and they can determine if you have a software or hardware issue.
