maintenance page creation on Cisco ACE

Hi Team,

We have Cisco ACE 30 modules in our environment, when it is carrying multiple internal hosted applications. Now requirement from business was do we have any option to show from the ACE itself something like web site is under maintenance mode in the event of probe failure on the server farm for specific VIP address.

We have backup server farms for the other URL's which are in production environment.

Since we are doing these testing in staging environment they don't want to use additional servers instead they want the page from the ACE it self instead of forwarding the traffic to secondary serverfarm.

Is it something possible on the ACE environment ?

Hi Chaitu,

That option is not there on ACE. However, you can redirect the requests to "sorry server" on which you can host that MW page.
