I tried to monitor CPU and memory variables of ACE and GSS devices, however I have obtained the following results:
1. I only been able to obtain laboratory results for the variable cpu in the GSS device, but to consult the GSS device located in client I don't get answers from the object (cpu variable). The OID's for monitoring CPU, which are contained in the CISCO-PROCESS_MIB:
- CpmCPUTotal1minRev 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.7
- CpmCPUTotal5minRev 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8
Both client and consulted laboratory devices have the same characteristics. GSS 4490 v3.1 (1).
What migth be the reason for no getting answers from the cpu variable on customer's device, considering that the tests were conducted under the same hardware and software??
2. On the other hand, I'm trying to consult the OID memAvailReal which is contained in the UCD-SNMP-MIB, but I did not get answers to any device (ACE and GSS), neither in client or laboratory.
