More detailed explanation as to why getting bypassed : no pending connectio

Getting a lot of bypassed requests. Nearly 30 percent of requests. Most show up as "Packets bypassed, no pending connection: "

Can someone provide a little more detail what is meant by this.

you have to troubleshoot this issue on the device that is sending back the packets to the router.

The router just intercepted the traffic and forwarded it to a cache or any similar device, but this one forwarded back the packet to the router.

So, have a look on the cache to see what packets are returned and why.
