Needs help on sh load statistics

Can someone help me to interpret this number? when I did a show load on a CSSS11150;

it has the result:

average load number=34

average response time=50138

peak average response time=526654

Questions:

is the response time in msec?

what the load number indicate (low number indicate low load?)

The response time is in msec.

The Load is measured by comparing all the response time.

The lowest load should indicate the best/fastest server.
