Needs help on sh load statistics

Can someone help me to interpret this number? when I did a show load on a CSSS11150;

it has the result:

average load number=34

average response time=50138

peak average response time=526654

Questions:

is the response time in msec?

what the load number indicate (low number indicate low load?)

Thanks.

Re: Needs help on sh load statistics

there was a discussion on this previously.

http://forum.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&forum=Networking%20Solutions&topic=Content%20Networking&CommCmd=MB%3Fcmd%3Dpass_through%26location%3Doutline%40%5E1%40%40.1dd75b41/2#selected_message

The response time is in msec.

The Load is measured by comparing all the response time.

The lowest load should indicate the best/fastest server.

Gilles.
