Not able to connect to Cisco WAE-512

One of my customer is not able to connect to Cisco WAE-512 neither web interface, telnet nor serial console. Branch data connection to headquarter was transmited through in-line adapter correctly. He tried to do about 10 reloads of this applince, sometime he could connect to serial console, sometime he couldn't do it.

There is really not enough information to go on.

Does he have physical access to this device? If so, is it powering on correctly ?

Are the console settings setup properly (9600,8,n,1) ? And serial adapter plugged into the correct port ?

Usually if the console will not even come up - then there is some type of hardware problem and you should call TAC immediately for a replacement.
