We have 4 contexts on the ACE and two of them have similar names: XYZW and XYZW-old.
Could that have anything to do with the fact that when we do the "change ?" command, the XYZW context is not showing?

no.
That's not the reason.
Have you verified the context is in the Admin config ?
Does it show when you do 'show context' or 'show resource usage' ?
