I have a network segment 192.168.36.0 . Threre are host (ip address 192.168.36.111) and Microsoft NLB Cluster host (ip address 192.168.36.79) in the network.
ACE connected through Vlan to network 192.168.36.0 too.
Some times host (ip address 192.168.36.111) send packets (100-200 packets) :
528719 15.682305 Ibm_33:b3:00 IPv4mcast_7f:24:4f ARP Who has 192.168.36.79? Tell 192.168.36.111
And In the same time ACE are working very strange: CPU (process arp_mgr) more 80-90 % and begin drop ingress packets.
Can somebody help me to resolve the problem?

if you can sniff the the traffic going to the ace appliance, check if there is a lot of arp traffic at that time.
There might be some arp flooding that you will need to resolve.
There is an open bug for a similar problem :
CSCth66757: arp_mgr consume 100% cpu due NIC teaming/arp flood

Thank you very much.
In the deep research, I find that host had networks drivers old version.
After change to newer drivers, problem've resolved.
