hi all,
we are having cisco 3662 router at on of our branch office.one day suddenly we were not getting the ping of fastethernet whereas the serial port was working ok and we were able to ping other pcs by logging into the router through serial port. we had to shutdown and again open the fastethernet port and thenafter it was working. after sometime again when i checked fastethernet using sh int command i found this obeservation 77182 packets output, 9610526 bytes, 0 underruns(2912/11196/36) i m not able to understand what it indicates. so kindly help to sort out the problem.
