Provisioning XML service for display on Cisco 7945G

I am using UCM 7.1 and trying to enable my first XML service.  I went to device/device settings/phone services

and added a new service http://www.weather.gov/xml/current_obs/KSFO.xml.  I'll attach a screen grab of what I

put in.  The problem is when I press the Globe icon key/Services button on the 7945G I see my new service.

But if I select it I am getting XML Error [4]: Parse Error.  Anyone have a thought what I might have missed?

I tried doing something similar with http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/catalogs/1day-M2.5.xml and when I go to this site via the phone I get HTTP File error.
