Back to factory defaults? I never done one or seen any. Its pretty much like a router. I think you are pretty much after clearing the CSS configs. Just do a clear running-config and reboot. Clear start-up config as well.
Offline Diagnostic Monitor menu (Offline DM menu) at system boot-up is of no use to this.
