Server generated traffic on routed mode

We have a routed mode deployment for web based application. Config works fine and users get the login page, but the web application server relies on an external authentication for end user authentication. Since the servers are having LB as the default gateway and its not running any L3 routing server generated traffic is failing with no return route. Any suggestions.

Is routing properly configured ? Any access-list blocking the traffic ? (by default it's a implicit "deny ip any any")

I would guess the same about routing. Check from the auth server that you can reach the ACE and the network in VLAN 30. Another point is ip normalization. Check if the generated traffic is returning on the same interface as it left the ACE.
