SH proccess on GSS high CPU

Hi, we have a two GSS 4490 that are showing a high CPU (100%!!!) thru Solarwinds, but I'm guessing its a fail of the monitor app.

glb.bns.mx#sh processes
CPU Utilization:5 seconds = 0.10   1 minute = 0.57   5 minute = 0.42

I was guessing the 0.57 means 57%, not bad, but after taking another output:

glb.bns.mx#sh processes

CPU Utilization:5 seconds = 0.70   1 minute = 0.95   5 minute = 0.40

Ok if 0.95 means 95%, that’s definitely bad!!!

But looking for some more info, I start guessing that the 0.95 doesn’t really mean 95%, but I was unable to determined if that was true or false.

So, can someone please help me to know how to read those number please.

And if 0.95 really mean 95%, why is this so high?

I’m adding a txt file with the outputs.

Thank u. (a lot)
