We are seeing these messages in the log file. On CCO I saw that this was fixed way back in Rel 6.10(1.7). Customer is running 7.20 and yet seein these messages:

6.10 is the version runned by the CSS 1st generation.
7.20 is the version runned by the CSS 2nd generation.
So, if you see a fix in 6.10, it does not mean that the problem exist in 7.20 or if it also exists in 7.20, it does not mean it's been fixed.
You have identified the correct bug for 6.10.
The internal data says that the problem was also present in 7.10 and 7.20.
Therefore I would recommend an upgrade to 7.50 or 8.10 as we don't really fix bug in 7.20 anymore.
