I'm trying to configure SSL termination on my ACE appliance on a non-standard port. The server is listening on port 8082 and the URL is embedded in an existing connection as: http://someserver.mysite.com:8082. I can setup the redirection to change this to https://someserver.mysite.com:8082 but I'm stumped on how to recognize that the connection is now SSL verses clear text. Since the port doesn't change from 80 to 443, I can't figure out how to setup a class map to recognize the SSL connection, after redirection, and process it appropriately. Any suggestions?
