STICKY based on calling station ID for radius flow

Hi,

I need to understand when the sticky entry is created for the radius flow. So If I have a sticky based on calling station IS, I need to know if the entry on the sticky table based IMSI is cretae when the SLB receive the access-request or the access response? I know that for the framed-ip sticky data base I need to receive the access response, but for calling station id what happen?
