I've a pair of ace modules in ajacent 6509s.
I'm not sure how much work I should do on the standby.
Do I sync everything from the active and just start the standby with FT commands and sync everything once the FT commands are invoked.
Additionally, I've no peer IP config or alias IP config in my active. Do I add those commands after my initial sync. Do I need to change the hosts gw address to match the alias address?
I this documented anywhere soup to nuts? I can't find all the steps listed in order to complete what appears to be a simple task if it was documented half way decent. Thanks in advance. Joe Shultz
