Richard,

What you are seeing is a defect. See CSCsi42714 for more information. This is fixed in the 4.0.13 release.

Zach,

Is it worth upgrading to 4.0.13 or should I go straight to 4.0.15?

It's hard to say without knowing the specifics of your deployment. In general we recommend that you run the latest version, but adequate lab validation and testing should be done first.

Zach
