  ip address 20.20.20.4

  probe HTTP_URL

  inservice

rserver host server 5

  ip address 20.20.20.5

  probe ICMP

serverfarm host not-working

  predictor leastconns

  probe ICMP

class-map match-any not-working

  description class amp for not-working

The packet hitting the wrong server.

Hi,

Your config is incomplete. Add the real servers 4 & 5 under the serverfarm "not working" and then apply the policy to the interface or share the complete config of ACE.
