the problem of gss

I detatched a failed active-gss on network, and I changed the role standby to primary on standby gss.

but I heard that imterim primary gss changed to standby gss.

there are no config to change role.

I would like to know that It is a automatically change role in standby gss?

Hi,

The only way there will be any automatic change of role is if there are two primary gss in the network. For example, if you reconnected the failed gss (the original primary) while the standby was currently operating in the primary role then both gss will automatically revert to standby.

You would then need to manually select one as the primary.
