Transparent HTTP Authentication with Smartfilter

We're testing Smartfilter and now we're trying to get transparent http authentication to work with it. We can get authentication working, just not transparently. We're testing smartfilter 4.0 server with the authentication piece loaded. We're on acns v5.3.5b6. We're using wccp. We're using ldap but have also tried ntlm with same result. What else do I need to do?

Thanks for the reply. After scratching our heads for awhile we found out we actually had the CE and smartfilter configured correctly.

We were told by an engineer at Smartfilter to change a security setting in the IE browser. That worked.

In IE, select security tab, internet, custom level and check the box at the bottom of the screen that says allow automatic login with current username, password.
