Unable to set ip nabar protocol-discovery

I am working with a 7206, and when I attempt to apply ip nbar protocol-discovery to FastEthernet0/0, I get an error stating that CEF is in enabled.

I thought that CEF wa enabled by default. What am I missing?

I am not that familiar with the 7206, but on the 3660, I need to do a global command "IP CEF" before I can run nbar. what is the output of the "show ip int fa0/0 ?

this is what it looks like on a working fa on a 3660

I have the same problem. Is there a command to enable NBAR ?? CEF is enabled on my router interfaces but 'show ip nbar .. ' return blanks. Why ??
