Unable to set up users in ANM

Our ACES authenticate to an ACS server VIA TACACS when going to CLI

Now that I have ANM set up..i can make changes to the ACES when using the default admin account in ANM

(ANM is also configured on the ACS)

However I am now trying to set up different users but am unable to get them to authenticate on ANM unless

i use the default Organization and Domain profile.

I have tried setting up a different organization (with both local and ldap authentication)-no success

and added a new domain with "allow all"

Still nothing

I do notice however that when I "add a user"..with "default" highligted as the org..it has more domains whereas the

New Organization I created will have only 1 of the 3 domains that are in ANM..

am i missing something?

Hi,

It's hard to give you an answer without having a look at how you have configured everything, so it would probably better for you to open a TAC service request to have this investigated further.
