uncomplet downloads with downloadsoftwares

I've received a warning from my customer, that their users can't download files complett whit different type of dowload programs! At the end of the download process (at 99%)stops the transfer!

What could be a problem whit the CE? Did somebody see similar problems? Any advice?

This is most likely caused by a firewall in between closing the control session port 21 before the transfer completes.
