Unsupported or invalid content rule URI question

Hello,

I'm attempting to set up content rules based on URI filtering... ie send traffic to different services based on the URI.

my owner config is:

owner PROICN

content http-50134

vip address 10.2.24.49

redundant-index 10069

sticky-inact-timeout 65

add service SHOSBS06-50134

add service SHOSBS07-50134

add service SHOSBS08-50134

port 80

protocol tcp

url "/dpQuaicn_Cmgr_servlet_ClaimCCCHTTPS/ClaimCCCHTTPS"

advanced-balance sticky-srcip-dstport

active

content http-50174

vip address 10.2.24.49

redundant-index 10068

sticky-inact-timeout 65

add service SHOSBS06-50174

add service SHOSBS07-50174

add service SHOSBS08-50174

protocol tcp

port 80

url "/wsIsoClaimSearch"

advanced-balance sticky-srcip-dstport

active

However I get the error "Unsupported or invalid content rule URI"

when I try to configure the

content http-50134 rule.

What are the rules for content rule URI?

Is my config sound?

services configured as follows

service SHOSBS06-50134

ip address 10.2.33.216

redundant-index 89

keepalive port 50134

keepalive type tcp

keepalive tcp-close fin

keepalive frequency 15

keepalive retryperiod 15

port 50134

active

service SHOSBS06-50174

ip address 10.2.33.216

redundant-index 89

keepalive port 50174

keepalive type tcp

keepalive tcp-close fin

keepalive frequency 15

keepalive retryperiod 15

port 50174

active

Re: Unsupported or invalid content rule URI question

Hi,

Looks like you may have hit a max character limit on the url string. I have to look up the max size, but in the lab I took your url and shrunk it down to:

url "/dpQuaic_Cmgr_servlet/ClaimCCCHTTPS"

and it took it fine.

Can you reduce the size ?

Regards

Pete..
