Using persistant remap on CSS 11506

Is there a range of source ports the CSS will use when remapping a tcp connection to a different backend server. It seems most of the time the source ports are in the 50000's. But I have seen them as low as 3000.

Hi,

Yes, you can configure the range of source ports using following global command:

global-portmap base-port "starting port" range "range"

take a look at following doc:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/app_ntwk_services/data_center_app_services/css11500series/v7.20/configuration/administration/guide/Flow.html#wp998641
