When setting up a preposition directive can any suggest how to get the browse functionality working such that I can point to a directory (or even a particular file)?.
Presently when I attempt this I get the following message:
Could not access cifs://192.168.100.100/#
We're in auto-discovery mode.

Were you able to get this working? If not, can you please provide a packet capture from the WAAS device closest to the origin file server when you click the "Browse" button?
Thanks,
Zach

Zach,
I will run the sniffer, but in the meantime I do have an update.
The user account i.e. username/password specified to access the CIFS directory keeps getting locked out in AD....
Now, i've reset the password and nailed in the correct one a few times over and it's still doing the same thing!
the account keeped getting locked out in AD. The lockout happens within a minute.
I have a incling this might have something to do with it..
I already sent the screenshot from the directive to you offline.
I'll get back to you with the packet capture.
