What does the output "Cache: Status: Temporarily Failed" indicate?
What else should I be looking at when I receive this message?

Hi Ryan,
I have a couple of questions:
1. What version of WAAS are you running?
2. Have you recently changed the amount of the memory in the WAE?

It is running 4.1.3b and no, I have not recently upgraded the memory, but when I did, I cleared the DRE cache.
Should I do this again after the 4.1.3b upgrade?

Thanks for the reply.
Can you check syslog.txt for any "%WAAS-RE" messages?
If there was a change in the WAE memory configuration, I suspect you may be running into CSCsy47235.
