Hi Team,
We have received an update from distributor saying that the blocker does not seem to reflect that it has been extended even if their service contract is valid until 29-Jun-2011. Contract 90984340, serial number BV277F1. Kindly refer to the attached file which the distributor has provided as proof.
Is there anything that the distributor has to do so that the correct coverage reflects in the system (maybe activate something or that sort…).
Please advice.
