On the Monitor Overview screen select System Status Details
Check the Registration Status and verify which state that it is in.
If the status is incomplete that means that your blocker is not register. Spam and Antivirus and Keys will not update in a unregistered state. ALso make sure that the Blocker is able to access the internet. Telnet to the Blocker and try to ping downloads.ironport.com, if unsuccessful you will need to check his network settings and make sure that the blocker is able to access the internet on port 80 and also have port 443 open as well. If you have gone through the wizard and you are in a incomplete registration state call support and we can assist you with getting the blocker registered. Hope this helps!!!
