my partner bought a unit of BLKR-SVB-50U-1Y (serial No: SCPWVTH1) last year and the subscription is due for renewal.  The product has EOS already and we're in a tight timeline to have the subscription renewed.  Can you help to advise what's the Cisco part number that my partner have to purchase to ensure there's no disruption to the subscription? Please advise asap. thanks.
