I recently purchased the Blocker appliance and I'm unsure of the support I can expect as part of the subscription that was part of the total cost. Am I limited to posting questions here or am I able to contact someone by phone? What if I have a problem and my e-mail is down? I do have some questions that are both technical & according to other posts I've read sales related. I purchased the appliance from CDW so I do not have a Cisco Sales rep to contact.
