Solution: You can reinitialize the tracking DB

- Open an SSH session

launch the following command

- "diagnostic"

philip,

This will defiantly bring your log partition size down. You still want to monitor after running these command to see if your log partition starts filling back up. logs really should stay about the same for a good length of time increasing slowly. If size starts growing rapidly again then database corruption can't be fixed and unit will have to be replaced.

Thanks,

Hello Philippe,

in addition to what Jason already stated, a running tcpdump (CLI: diagnostic -> network -> tcpdump, GUI (7.x only): Help and Support -> Packet Capture) can also easily fill up the log partition.

Thanks and regards,

Martin
