certificates for PAP2T and SPA112

Hey there,

on behalf of a partner I have some questions/requests regarding PAP2T and SPA112:

  • •1.       I need a new SSL server license to the old PAP2t-eu unit since our old one has expired. (https)
  • •2.       I need the configuration guide(XML and TR-069) for the new SPA112 unit (without router)
  • •3.       I need a SSL server license for the SPA112 unit so that it can fetch it’s configfile over https.
  • •4.       Is there a way to tell the SPA112 via DHCP options where to locate the configfile or TR-069 address)
  • •5.       We already have finished config files for the PAP2t and wondered if there is a way to convert these to SPA112 compatible configfiles?

Your help will be much appreciated on this.

Kind regards,

Morten Ullness

  1. No, you need no certificate to connect to SPA112. If you are asking for server certificate (e.g. SPA112 is client) then read [1]
  2. I have reason to think there's no such option
  3. XML configuration can be used almost as-is. There are small differences related to router-configuraion part of SPA112 and some differences related to line configuration. Apply PAP2T XML configuration as is to SPA112 then re-download configuration from SPA112. Then configure SPA112 according your wishes, and fetch i's configuration again. COmpare two fetched configurations. You will see the differences.
