Change SPA112 Customization?

Is there any way to change the Customization level on a SPA112?  Recently purchased one for testing purposes.  Just realized the Customization level is set to Open, which, if I understand things correctly, means it will ignore anything put in the Profile_Rule fields and will not pick up configuration files.  If this is the case, would explain why the device seems to be ignoring whatever we put in the Profile_Rule fields.  Can someone a) confirm my suspicion and b) tell me if there is a way to change the Customization level so we can remotely configure it.  Thanks!

Change SPA112 Customization?

Looks like the problem was with DHCP.  When we statically set the IP, it started recognizing the files.  We had not set anything explicit for DHCP, so a little puzzling why this was the problem.  Moving on, is there a more developer oriented guide to creating a configuration file?  The Admin guide is really oriented to the Web Interface and does not always appear to have a valid value list by parameter.  Thanks.
