Hi all.
I have tried searching and found no results.
I have a SPA112 set up, the primary calls are receiving caller ID just fine. However, when I'm on the phone and I receive another call (call waiting) the caller ID doesn't show up.
Can someone please help out?

What is the firmware version of SPA?
In 1.3.2 version there is a similar issue fixed:
CSCuc85936 - CWCID does not work correctly with AT&T CL2909 Model Phone
In 1.2.1 version was introduced the support for Bell 202 FSK Caller ID and fixed a CID issue:
CSCtx11685 - Fixed an issue in which the caller ID was not sent to the phones

1.3.3 (015) Dec 13 2013 which is the latest firmware.

If CWCID service is enable, this issue could be caused from a bug. I suggest you to contact cisco STAC and open a case.
