We have SPA504G IP Phone System and need to change the voice message of a terminated staff member and do not have their password. How to do this? Thanks

Hello,
If this is on a UC500 running CME/CUE, and the service module IP address is reachable, you can log in to the Cisco Unity Express administration page via your browser. Log in, go to Configure >> Users >> find your user. The PIN is the field you would want to edit in this case so you can log in to the VM as that user.
