We have a Mitel VoIP system (just IP phones no PBX) in place at our buisness and use 4 analog Polycom Soundstation2s connected to 4 SPA3102s that then connect to a switch (along with the IP phones) then to the Mitel router. Outgoing and incoming calls work great but we are unable to get 3 way conferecing to work.
We are able to establish the first call and "flash" over to a second but when the second phone call cannot be established, after entering the phone number it is silent for approx. 1 second then goes to a dead line tone.
I've set the conference activation code to *20 and made sure that the PSTN hook flash length matches the hook flash time on the phone (600 miliseconds). Does anyone know how to make this work?
