Have an spa8000. Did a factory reset with the voice menu and got a voice confirmation that the reset was successful. Acutally did it twice. But now when I try to log into the web interface with as "admin" and use blank for password, it dosen't work. Any ideas?
once again answered my own question. After I do a factory reset (which can only be accomplished when device is disconnected from the internet), if I use the voice menu to enable web interface access, I am able to login to the web interface using the default password. However, once I re-synch the device to my voip service provider, I am again locked out of the device. This is what was causing the confusion.
