Hi 

I have cisco SPA 504G ip phones. Right now we are using UC 540 cisco router. Somehow its not working properly and we want to change it. I want to know that if we can use those ip phones with other brand switches or not ?

I'm sorry you are having issues with your devices.

The answer is yes, this phones are recommended to work with Cisco Small Business devices but they should work with any other brand of switches without any problem.
