Hi, I have Linksys SPA302 in my office. We are innovating a new idea of Contac Center Real State. But we are having some problems of customize of gateway SPA3102. How is your function? I make a call and write a code. whit that code, the system bring me the description of the house (previusly stored). First I talk me, automatic answering machine, and I listen the following menu. 1. you give me your code ?. 2 Do you want to allow message for someone of Real State call you? 3. Do you want to talk with someone of the Real State ?......... 9. Exit. Here all OK. But If I hang off and without put 9 (exit) when I go do another call rings busy and I have to disconnect the gateway so you can make the call again. I would like to know i must to do ?
